SHORT TERM MEMORY

 
hey peeps ! let s talk something beneficial here ! its about SHORT TERM MEMORY ! Pernah dengar perkataan ni tak ? this actually related about our memory . And actually i m having this problem too . Susah nak ingat things happend around me in a short time . Tapi bukan nyanyuk okay ! it just susah nak ingat or mudah lupa . Sedih . So , i have decided to find out what is happening to me ! Okay lets start with my 'first thinking'.

1. BRAIN CANCER

funny right ? but it is possible bila mr.google tolong aku search kan benda ni because of the symptom is :

* Kerap diserang sakit kepala, loya atau muntah.
* Epilepsi (sawan, kekejangan otot dan tidak sedarkan diri).
* Gangguan percakapan.
* Kesukaran untuk menggerakkan kaki dan tangan.
* Hilang ingatan ke atas hal-hal yang terbaru dan kemorosotan proses mental.
* Hilang penglihatan (terutamanya penglihatan periferi).
* Hilang daya imbangan terutamanya jika ia dikaitkan dengan sakit kepala, kelemahan atau kekebasan sebelah badan.
* Gangguan ingatan atau perubahan personaliti

here , thera are 8 symptom and i have 2/8 only...so impossible !
Alhamdulillah..
then , lets check out my 'second thinking'

so , lastly i think i really really need mr google to help me . lets read my chat with mr google

     me : hai mr google . u free tak sekarang ? i need a little help from you ..

     mr google : oh hai .i free .of course i can help u .i am created to help people .right? so what your prob ?

     me : i want you to search about short term memory . boleh ? really need that info :)

Short-term memory (or "primary" or "active memory") is the capacity for holding a small amount of information in mind in an active, readily available state for a short period of time.

the tips 

1. pay attention
2. write it down (what ever you want to do or anything you need to remember just write down )
3.visualize it (instead of write you also can draw it coz sometimes picture is helping in memorizing)
4.have a system (like..mmm..put the things u want to use at the visible place )
5.keep a calendar
6.confidence(Memory has a lot to do with confidence. If you think or believe that you have such a problem, it is likely to come up automatically even if it is not there. This applies especially while trying to remember something. Your lack of confidence would eventually lead to a state where you forget the habit of remembering. Develop confidence by appreciating yourself whenever you remember something you usually forget.)
